PACKAGE 1 (CHILD/ADULT)
SESSION INFORMATION
(1 HOUR)

Ideal for children and adult birthday parties requiring one hour of service.
Add additional hours and customize your package with the rate provided above. One hour typically includes cutting the cake, food photography, portraits and beautiful natural moments. A 30 min video call is available to talk about your requirements and session planning.
INCLUDED (1 HOUR SERVICE):
1) 1 Hour photography and video coverage.
2) 80 x Retouched (edited) images (High Res).
3) Online, downloadable image gallery & online handover. 2 weeks turnaround (excluding weekends).
4) Travel within the Western Cape included.
5) Singel photographer - Riaan West
6) Highlights video 1-2min
7) Royalty free music (Epidemic sound). No copyrighted music will be used. Riaan West uses own discretion with video editing.
EXCLUDED:
1) Travel outside the Western Cape subject to a new quote (For the clients account).
2) All Raw images (High res) are available at R350. Downloadable via online link.
3) No second shooter available.
PACKAGE 2
(ADULT HALF DAY)

This half day package is perfect for adult birthday parties, ranging from 21st, 3o's, 40's, 50's and 6oth Birthdays. A 30 min video call is available to talk about your requirements and session planning.
INCLUDED (4 HOUR SERVICE):
1) 4 Hour photography and video coverage.
2)320 x Retouched (edited) images (High Res).
3) Online, downloadable image gallery & online handover. 2 weeks turnaround (excluding weekends).
4) Travel within the Western Cape included.
5) Singel photographer - Riaan West
6) Highlights video 3-5min including recording of speeches.
7) Royalty free music (Epidemic sound). No copyrighted music will be used. Riaan West uses own discretion with video editing.

1) 7 Hour photography and video coverage.
2) 560 x Retouched (edited) images (High Res).
3) Online, downloadable image gallery & online handover. 2 weeks turnaround (excluding weekends).
4) Travel within the Western Cape included.
5) Singel photographer - Riaan West
6) Highlights video 5-10min including recording of speeches.
7) Royalty free music (Epidemic sound). No copyrighted music will be used. Riaan West uses own discretion with video editing.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- 50% Payment required to make a booking and to secure your session. 50% Balance due one week prior session.
- The above rates are for the current year only. For next year's bookings a yearly increase of 10% will be added.
- Riaan West offices closes each year on +/-16 December and opens on +/- 10 January. (Unfortunately no editing and supply of images during the time of closure). 21 Days of editing will be added to package 1,2 & 3 handover timeframes provided above due to Riaan West office closure in December / January.
- Package 1 requires 100% payment to make a booking.
- Bank account confirmation letter available on request.
- Optional: Agreement available on request.
BIRTHDAYS PORTFOLIO
Riaan West offers 2 x post production editing looks. Classic look (CL) and presets (PR).
CLASSIC (CL)
A classic image is an image that consists of natural editing with minimum adjustments applied. Basically true tone, pure colour with no filters applied. A preset can be applied to a classic image. Very important! if a preset is applied to a classic image, exported and handed over to the Client, the image can not be reverted back to a classic image.

PRESETS (PR)
A preset is a custom filter applied using Adobe Lightroom. A preset image is a classic colour image with an applied filter to achieve a specific look or theme. Please note that once a preset (filter) is applied to a classic colour image, the image cannot be reverted back to the original true tone 1:1 natural classic colour image after a preset filter has been applied. Please store and keep your classic colour images safe and unprocessed and never apply any filter to your classic colour images without making a backup copy/set.
