SESSION INFORMATION

Perfect for small architectural buildings and interiors for example, offices, residential homes, airbnb units, restaurants, small businesses etc.. Riaan West usually can cover a single floor interior with this session. Unfortunately no drone material will be available
A 30 min video call is available to talk about your requirements and session planning.
INCLUDED (1 HOUR SERVICE):
1) 1 Hour photography and video coverage.
2) 60 - 100 Retouched (edited) High Res images. All Raw images are available on request.
3) Online, downloadable image gallery & online handover. 2 week turnaround (excluding weekends).
4) Travel within the Western Cape included. Travel outside the Western Cape subject to. a new quote.
5) Singel photographer - Riaan West
6) Highlights video 1 - 3min with royalty free music (Epidemic sound).
PACKAGE 2
SESSION INFORMATION
R3,750
Package 2 is ideal for big family groups, ranging from 10 - 20 family members. Outdoor location only with one outfit. Each family member will receive a portrait and family group sets are include . A 30 min video call is available to talk about your requirements and session planning.
INCLUDED (2 HOUR SERVICE):
1) 2 Hour photography and video coverage.
2) 200 Retouched (edited) High Res images. All Raw images are available on request.
3) Online, downloadable image gallery & online handover. 2 week turnaround (excluding weekends).
4) Travel within the Western Cape included.
5) Singel photographer - Riaan West
6) Highlights video 1 - 3min with royalty free music (Epidemic sound).
PACKAGE 3
SESSION INFORMATION

For families visiting Cape Town and wanting to travel to various locations, Riaan West will journey with you during the day and capture beautiful natural moments during your travel ranging from portraits, documentary style authentic moments and group sets.
INCLUDED (7 HOUR SERVICE):
1) 7 Hour photography and video coverage.
2) 250 - 350 Retouched (edited) High Res images. All Raw images are available on request.
3) Online, downloadable image gallery & online handover. 2 week turnaround (excluding weekend.
4) Riaan West prefers to Travel with client. Should Riaan West make use of own transport, then traveling cost will be for clients account.
5) Singel photographer - Riaan West
6) Highlights video 3 - 10 min with royalty free music (Epidemic sound)
- R1,000 required to make a booking and to secure your date. Balance due on day of the session.
- Bank account confirmation letter available on request.
- Optional: Session Agreement available on request.

Riaan West offers 2 x post production editing looks. Classic look (CL) and presets (PR).
CLASSIC (CL)
A classic image is an image that consists of natural editing with minimum adjustments applied. Basically true tone, pure colour with no filters applied. A preset can be applied to a classic image. Very important! if a preset is applied to a classic image, exported and handed over to the Client, the image can not be reverted back to a classic image.

PRESETS (PR)
A preset is a custom filter applied using Adobe Lightroom. A preset image is a classic colour image with an applied filter to achieve a specific look or theme. Please note that once a preset (filter) is applied to a classic colour image, the image cannot be reverted back to the original true tone 1:1 natural classic colour image after a preset filter has been applied. Please store and keep your classic colour images safe and unprocessed and never apply any filter to your classic colour images without making a backup copy/set.

POST PRODUCT EDITING & HANDOVER
2 Week turnaround excluding weekends.
Optional on request: Riaan West edits daily on all projects, thus being said, Riaan West can share the link to your images and then the client can go daily and check for newly uploaded images, ready to view and download.
For overnight delivery of images, additional cost will be for clients account.

How long do I have to wait for my images?
Riaan West takes 2 weeks (14 days), excluding weekends to edit your images and video.
Does your office close December?
Yes, Riaan West offices closes 15 December - 10 January each year.
Can I get my images sooner?
Yes, Overnight delivery is possible, but subjected to availability and additional costs. Please enquire an overnight express quote.
My budget is tight, Do you offer mini sessions?
Yes, Riaan West do offer mini family sessions at a discounted rate, Please enquire with Riaan West directly per email or contact.
